Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.Clear customs for imported goods through customs brokerage.Consolidate or deconsolidate goods when necessary.Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely ground transportation delivery.Track delivery status and communicate information to applicable parties.Handle accounting tasks (AP/AR/closing, etc.).Input servicing information onto the internal system.Prepare and report service activities to Part/Team manager(s).Troubleshoot customer's inquiries.Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.Requirements

Qualifications

Bilingual - English/Korean preferred.Bachelor's DegreeMicrosoft Office SuiteAttention to detailKnowledge on MS office including excel and wordAble to work as teamGreat communication skillBenefits
