Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to workFollows Millers Ale House policies in all respects, including, but not limited to, time recording requirements, such as clocking in and out and responding to end-of-shift prompts concerning tasks performed and the amount of time associated with such tasksInteracts with Guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create Exceptional Guest Experiences by adhering to all Millers Ale House service standardsWorks directly with other Team Members to ensure all Guests needs and requests are fulfilled satisfactorily and promptlyAssists host/hostess with greeting and seating GuestsAssists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beveragesAssists with providing Guests with non-alcoholic drink refillsAssists servers in running food to and from Guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines are being followed and Guests expectations are metAcknowledges all Guests that come within five feet in a smiling, friendly mannerProvides immediate responses to Guests requests and inquiriesAssists Servers with performing table quality check back (2-bite/2-minute) to ensure Guest satisfactionCleans tables and spills throughout the Guests visitAssists the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the Guests have finished eatingProvides final removal of all plate and glassware after a Guest departs from the tableResets all tables within a timely manner after Guest departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detailCollects bus tubs at Quality Assurance and server stationsEmpties trash cans in the restaurantEnsures proper food handling and sanitation of work areasAccomplishes end-of-shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled shift to take overSAFETY & SANITATIONWashes hands every 20 minutes throughout the shiftMaintains clean and sanitized work areasWorks with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standardTEAMWORK & SKILLSSupports other Front of House functions as needed, recognizing that everything within the four walls of the restaurant impacts the Guest experiencePositively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informedProvides exceptional service throughout the entire shiftPossesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state lawPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Busser is expected to be able to perform the essential job functions described in this document with or without reasonable accommodation.
