ROLE DESCRIPTION: Dimitri Kondos - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Provide administrative support to the agent and teamEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationMaintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each and every dayQUALIFICATIONS:
Bi-Lingual to help service our hispanic communityStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedDedicated to customer serviceExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningPeople-orientedOrganizational skillsDetail orientedAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
