We are seeking Software Engineers to join our rapidly growing
Fraud Risk
team. In this role, you'll have a direct and early impact on our engineering efforts in the US. You will be responsible for building and maintaining backend microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to critical decisions. to protect our platformWhat You'll Be DoingDesigning and developing high-scale APIs and distributed systems on Alicloud/AWS using Java and Spring BootApplying strong CS fundamentals like OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization strategiesDeveloping and optimizing REST APIs, SOA, and distributed architecturesWriting unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deploymentsOwning, monitoring, and improving services in production for high availability and reliabilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet market needs in terms of functionality, performance, and reliabilityFacing challenges like performance tuning, fault-tolerance, and handling live production issuesLeading and mentoring other engineers, researching and promoting new technologies, and contributing to the team's growthWhat We Look For In You5+ years of software development experience, with deep knowledge of Java, JVM tuning, and multi-threadingExperience with Spring Boot, SpringCloud, Hibernate, and message queue systemsProficiency with SQL databases like MySQL and Oracle, and knowledge of database optimizationFamiliarity with middleware like Kafka, ELK, and RedisStrong understanding of distributed systems principles, including CAP, consistency, and fault toleranceAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage complex dependenciesA problem-solver with clear logic, fast thinking, and excellent communication skillsFluent in both Mandarin and EnglishNice to HavesExperience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industryBackground in disruptive technologies such as FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, or AdTechFamiliarity with product management processesExperience working with teams across offices and time zonesPerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
The salary range for this position is $238,518 to $273,923. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
