Job Description:
Position: Human Resources Manager
Compensation:
- Salary: ($82,300.00 - $115,200.00 USD)
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation Package: None
Must-Have Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge of co-worker relations, including principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resource Management
2. Bachelors degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
3. Strong knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) preferred
- Masters degree preferred
Job Description:
This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, with potential additional tasks as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and recommend goals and objectives in co-worker relations.
- Develop and administer co-worker relations programs to improve team relationships.
- Foster a family-friendly organizational environment.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs and implement best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies.
- Supervise staff involved in recruitment, selection procedures, and policy development.
- Oversee training and educational programs to improve productivity.
- Investigate issues like working conditions, disciplinary actions, and grievances, providing guidance for resolution.
- Prepare and present required and special reports.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring operations stay within budget limits.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend hiring, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage onboarding and general orientation for new employees.
- Direct recruitment activities and coordinate outreach with department leaders as needed.
- Provide training and communication to director- and manager-level associates regarding HR policies and practices.
