JOB OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our Applied Markets Segment Marketing team. This position offers a blend of strategic project involvement and executional support, giving the intern a holistic marketing experience in the Food/Agri market segment. The intern will engage in both high-level strategic projects and day-to-day marketing tasks, providing exposure to market analysis, content creation, campaign execution, and development of sales sales enablement toolkit.CORE DUTIES:
1. Assist in the development of customer personas and market segmentation strategies to inform targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Assist in conducting competitive landscape analysis, identifying key players, industry trends, customer persona and opportunities for rapid quality and diagnostic test within the Food/Agri market.
3. Participate in content creation, including social media, blog posts, email marketing, and promotional materials.
4. Collaborate with the market segment manager and sales teams to design and implement training materials.
5. Analyze and report marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
6. Ensure brand consistency by updating marketing collateral and collaborating with Marketing Services for execution.
7. Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to support segment marketing and development of sales enablement toolkit.

9. Understands and complies with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Technical writing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with market research methodologies.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating marketing content.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Prior experience with market analysis, content creation, or campaign management.
2. Interest in the life sciences industry and familiarity with food/agri industry, agronomy, biotechnology or diagnostics markets.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Ability to use a computer for extended periods and utilize Microsoft Office applications.
2. Ability to move within the office and attend meetings in different locations as required.
