About This Role:
As the HFM System Administrator you will provide technical leadership for HFM to the Finance team, focusing on support and development that aligns with Digital Technology Application and Finance strategies. This role emphasizes both financial analysis and administration of the HFM system.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Manage and own the financial system projects to completion, collaborating with applicable process owners. Meet with business owners to define business processes and provide tailored solutions. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.HFM System Administration:
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and support of DT tactical initiatives using the Hyperion application suite.Administer and maintain the HFM system, including user access management, system configuration, and security settings.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.Provide day-to-day support for users, including incident resolution and escalation.Support closing activities as defined with finance.Develop and test DT changes following change management procedures.Develop and maintain HFM reports and data forms to meet business needs.Create and implement a global training process for Hyperion systems.
Project Support:
Participate in finance and DT projects, offering support for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Assist in designing and testing HFM system changes and enhancements.Document system processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge continuity.Deliver new projects based on DT specifications prepared with the business analyst.Understand and prepare release changes, analyzing and proposing improvements to the business.Manage external suppliers, including Hyperion, ERP, Blackline, and other partners.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Business Analytics or Management Information Systems5+ years of experience in finance processes or administering finance/HFM systemsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingFamiliarity with HFM system administration and maintenanceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
