Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, Compass Group in this role you will have responsibility to support both RA’s Learning and Development Strategy as well as its Fuel our Future Talent Management approach in service of the Businesses Talent Growth initiatives. You will be a key contributor to R/A’s People Matter mission, led by the VP of People Strategy and Human Resources, while supporting the delivery of exceptional employee experience & enhancing people development to grow & retaining the best talent.Responsibilities:This role will contribute to the alignment of people initiatives ensuring business objectives are met & nurture key competencies demonstrated in R/A’s Culture of CARE & drive process alignment with Compass Group Fuel our Future Talent Approach.This includes coordination of various Leadership Training initiatives such as New Leader Orientation, HR (Human Resources) Navigator, MyLMS, R/A Culture of CARE, sitting on People Matter committee as SME (subject matter experts), and coordinating adoption of the overarching Talent Management Approach: Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, & Quarterly Talent Conversations, Growth Plan creation, Performance Management and Career Planning.Some of Great things you will be doing:Managing multiple tasks and interacting effectively with employees at all levels, and working with sensitive employee data pulled from multiple systems.Work well, both independently and in collaboration with multiple partners, stake-holder relationship building, including collaborative development, and leveraging of networks to accomplish objectives.Conduct needs assessment, design, and develop, facilitation of the Restaurant Associates Leadership Development approach that includes taking direction from B&I Senior Director to implement AMP (Accelerated Manager Program), Lead and Executive Development Programs.Coordinate or Facilitate training aligned with Restaurant Associates Culture of Care Strategy.Interfaces with management to ensure consistency, quality, and business alignment of Talent & Training services. Monthly reporting, i.e., training surveys, ROI, Growth plan reports, Talent Roll-UpsProvide Program Coordination Support to R/A’s People Matter Committees focused on career structures to ensure adoption of “everyone has potential”.Coordinate end to end project work related to Talent Management projects and efforts (i.e., create, update project plans, create/update communication templates, manage project steps through to completion), in collaboration with the B&I Talent Team. Project work specifically related to: Talent Review, Succession Planning, Quarterly Talent Conversations and Growth Plans for Restaurant Associates employees.Serve as training liaison and consultant for training projects, enterprise-level HR initiatives, and T&D strategic projects working under advisement of Senior Director, Talent Management.Requirements:Strong Emotional Intelligence, able to navigate multiple stakeholder relationships.Consultative approach, with analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills that lead to accurate problem resolution.High attention to detail working with multiple Compass Group and Restaurant Associate Systems (i.e., PeopleHub, Success Factors, Learning Management System).Knowledge of adult learning principles, design of training, working knowledge of learning evaluation.Working knowledge of learning management systems.Experience with instructor led and virtual training and facilitation.Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, while working with multiple levels of key stakeholders.Proven ability to coordinate timely completion of projects with both urgent and long-term deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree & equivalent experience.in Hospitality/Retail is a plus3-7 years of professional HR/L&D/Talent Management experience Experience with facilitation in person and or virtuallyWorking knowledge or experience with Talent Management Processes such as coordinating Talent Review, and/or Succession Planning.Experience with project coordination (i.e., creating project plans, timelines, communication templates, roles, and responsibility documents like RACI)Technically savvy.
