About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for an Assistant Analyst

to support Department of State.

Duties and Responsibilities:Manage administrative and logistical details of program planning and execution.Manage communication with stakeholders in supporting execution of program plans.Support monitoring and evaluation efforts for program initiatives.Manage social media efforts to engage target audiences.Design and update a web presence in support of office programs.Develop compelling written communications to engage key stakeholders.Help establish standard practices, policies, templates, and tools to ensure effective management of unit initiatives and train staff in the same.Requirements:

Experience with complex projects with organization-wide impact.Proficiency in the use of word processing software, spreadsheets, databases and project management tools.Proficiency in social media engagement and web publishing.Familiarity with performance measurement, evaluation, surveying and general use of metrics to track organizational performance, progress and goal attainment.Familiarity with principles and practices of knowledge management.High level of proficiency in written and oral communications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills.About Inalab Consulting, Inc.
