We offer a work environment that fosters growth, perfect for a nurse looking to move into rehabilitation care or for an experienced nurse looking to make a change.Schedule: 7p-7aPlans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in Rehab Services.Coordinates, organizes, and assigns work.Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care.Responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards.Uses established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of all licensed and non-licensed staff in the delivery of patient care during their assigned shift.Uses independent judgment to ensure optimal patient care and appropriate use of available resources.Requires constant hearing, speaking, vision and repetitive hand movement.Requires attention to detail despite frequent interruptions.Requires an associate's degree and an active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through either AHA or American Red Cross required.Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the OB/GYN field is highly preferredGrandview Medical Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and offers programs and services in all medical and surgical areas, including Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Women's Health, Mental Health, Digestive Diseases, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Sports Medicine and Emergency Care.
