Job Description
Join our team to help build the components and subassemblies for fueling stations, compressor stations, dispensers, and large fueling stations. You will work in teams to assemble parts using blueprints, tape measures, and both hand and power tools. This role involves a mix of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electrical issues on control panels.
Hard Skills
1 year of reading a tape measure
1 year of working off of blueprints and schematics
Motor alignment
Bending tube
Wiring and soldering electrical components
Wire pulling
Bending conduit
Troubleshooting electrical issues
Work Environment
Currently, the team works between 4:30-6am and up to 12 hours per day, averaging 45-55 hours a week. The goal is to transition to a standard 40-hour work week. Normal 1st shift hours are 6am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime on Friday. The facility is fairly clean for manufacturing, with 75 shop employees. Steel toes, pants, short sleeve shirts, and eye protection are required. You can listen to music if you'd like. Pay ranges from $18-21 for Mechanical and $18-23 for Electrical roles.
