Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to department managers and teams.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team events.

Manage departmental documentation, including preparing, organizing, and archiving records.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely and clear dissemination of information.

Assist in organizing team events, conferences, and travel arrangements as required.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company and personnel information.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support department objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with document management systems is a plus.
