Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is organized, dedicated to serving their community, and a problem solver. Works in close collaboration with the Acute Care Nurse Manager.

Support the Unit Manager in achieving clinical, operational, and financial goals.Direct and evaluate patient care delivery.Recommend, develop, and implement policies in collaboration with the Acute Care Manager.Supervise nursing care and related activities in designated areas.Experience:

Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse.In-depth knowledge of patient population and healthcare trends.Ability to build relationships with diverse groups, medical staff, and other healthcare disciplines.Additional Job Description

Education:

Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program is preferredLicenses/Certifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse with the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state is requiredCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) certifications is required
