Training, Support, and Professional Growth:

New York Life presents an extensive three-year training scheme, marketing assistance, and access to prospecting and technical support. Our programs empower you to collaborate with accomplished, successful agents and managers who will guide you in building your client base. Responsibilities: • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives. • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan. • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on clients' potential life and financial needs. • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools. • Create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor. • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services. Qualifications: • Life, health and accident, SIE, 6 or 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required or the ability to obtain licenses within a designated time frame. • Relationship management skills are required. • Entrepreneurial Spirit. • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas. • Ability to successfully network or use social media to prospect for new clients is a must. • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills. • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills. Compensation: $84,000 - $115,000 yearly

Compensation:$84,000-$115,000 per year
