Job DescriptionAdelphi is seeking physical therapists to provide PT consultation at a school district in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate must have Field experience in public-school setting and be capable of working with students of a wide range of ages and ability levels.

Requirements:• Valid Occupational Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.• Bachelor's or masters degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association-approved institution.
Responsibilities:• Implement children's OT/PT individualized educational plans.• Conduct evaluations/eligibility per District and Federal Educational guidelines.• Attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss such services.• Effectively use the District's electronic IEP system, after training provided by the District.• Follow District standards for assessment/evaluation/eligibility and if eligible, develop individualized educational plans for eligible students.• Comply with timeline for services per federal law.• Complete evaluations, documentation and submit prior to billing.• Other duties as assigned by the administration.
