Description
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible
for:
Providing administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Medicare Advantage health plan and their team.
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing special project support
Acting as a liaison between the CMO's office and internal and external entities, requiring a high level of independent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and to set priorities effectively amid changes in workload, assignments, deadlines, and other competing demands with frequent and often urgent interruptions
Salary Range: $29.42-$42.14/hourly
Qualifications
We're seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual
with:
A Bachelor's degree, required
Five or more years of supporting administrative functions at the executive level, required
Proven ability to work independently on diverse tasks with minimal supervision, managing fluctuating workloads, interruptions, and deadlines
Skill in analyzing information, assessing situations, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion
Strong writing and editing skills for producing accurate business correspondence, reports, agendas, and minutes
Skill in using independent judgment for managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings or events
Expertise in establishing and maintaining organized filing and follow-up systems, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in sensitive environments
Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering cooperative working relationships
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of University systems like BruinBuy and Travel Express, highly desired
