Overview
St. Luke’s Health System is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team at St. Luke's Family Medicine - Greenhurst in Nampa, ID. We are looking for a candidate to maintain access for existing patient panels in a very busy, mature clinic.
The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic. The APP works under the supervision of a designated physician, and in collaboration with a team of other providers and staff.
What to Expect:
4 days a week
New grads can apply
Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
$3,500 Professional Development Fund
5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTO
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
