This individual must be detail oriented while understanding the value of specialized service to leadership team members and customers.Executive Coordinator for onsite customer tours and meetings in Durham and Siler CityWeekly calls with sales lead for upcoming meeting alignmentOngoing responsibilities include:

Sending weekly updated master customer meeting & tour calendarCoordinate Security notifications, facilities & cleaning requests, catering/ dinners customer accommodationsPower Automate onsite support leadObtaining IT requirements and associated supportAligning all customer meetings, agenda and attendees

Executive Coordinator for CEO when traveling with Power Sales Wolfspeed teamCoordination with sales lead and EA to CEOOwner of the customer calendarDaily review of agenda ensuring the invites from customer calendar mirror evolving agendaAdministrative AssistantKeeping the Global Marketing and Sales Internet site current & attending monthly callsAssist with the Global Sales and Marketing team with calendar, expenses and travel

Assist in setting up all required daily, weekly meetings and adjusting calendars as necessarySubmitting all expense reports in a timely manner

This job is right for you if you have these minimum requirements:Advance skills in all Microsoft: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, 365 Drive, TeamsOutlook skills:

Elaborate calendaring, creating Teams meetings in all global times zonesExperience with delegate access
