Job Summary:Integra Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapist for a dynamic outpatient clinic. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic development initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.Provide mentorship and support to new staff members as needed.Qualifications:
Current Texas state license to practice physical therapy, or eligibility to apply for licensure within a reasonable timeframe.Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred).Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with orthopedic patients is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Benefits:
