Manage regional team of 5 or more field service resourcesEnsure health, safety, environmental and security complianceDrive financial contract execution and complianceSupport small project & upgrade deliveryEnsure customer satisfaction & performanceInitiate local business objectives and support hub and global objectivesServe as the lead resource for supporting Electrification field service developmentQualifications for the role
A 4 year degree in Process Automation, Computer Science or comparable and minimum 8 years of experience in Field Service working in a Resident, Demand or Commissioning role with experience with 800xA, Harmony/S+ or heritage control systemsSound knowledge of all ABB Field Service tools and methodologiesGeneral Product knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, Process Instrumentation, Microsoft Networking, Network & Field Communications protocols and ElectrificationBasic industry knowledge of Power Generation & Transmission, Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities & WaterGood communication skills, written and verbal (English)Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USBenefits
