For partners, we provide a full-stack platform for businesses to amplify growth and drive more meaningful connections across advertising, search and media.Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will be a crucial member of the FP& A team, supporting the Central Technologies OrganizationThe position will play a key role in managing Central Tech P& L. The Sr. Analyst will report to the Director in the Corporate FP& A organization. This person will partner with finance and business unit leadership in aligning expense and headcount investment to best support priorities. This role will require significant focus on Corporate wide Cloud and Capital expense monthly close, strategic planning and reporting.Responsibilities:

Manage a budget that supports operating needs and financial healthHelp to close the books accuratelyRegularly review and improve processes to create efficienciesManage the consolidation of business unit financials for forecast and budget presentationsProvide accurate ongoing forecasts to ensure that we understand trends and how resources are being deployedTrack and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecastPrepare monthly reports and insightful commentary for business ownersGather and analyze appropriate data for monthly or ad hoc reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required; 4 years of related experienceKnowledge of Anaplan, Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle a plusMust have general understanding of accounting and finance principlesAdvanced excel / Gsheets skill with a strong desire to learn and improveMust be organized, detail-orientedAbility to work independently, prioritize workload and meet deadlines quickly and accuratelyTeam player with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsMust be located on the East Coast

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
