The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated projects among a diverse series of project types. The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.Responsibilities
Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document deliveryCoordinate with consultants, team members and the clientSuccessfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solutionDevelop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationshipsUnderstand budget, code and jurisdictional requirementsProvide mentorship and guidance to project teamCollaborate on project fee development and project proposalsQualifications
5-10+ years' experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectorsDegree in engineering, architecture or related fieldExperience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plusSkilled in architecture/engineering skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processesProven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultantsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteSuccessful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultantsConfident with public speaking and networkingExcellent writing skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAvailable for occasional travel within the US.Experience with Deltek Vantage Point is preferred#LI-EC1
