Ultimate Staffing is engaged in a direct hire search for a Director of Third-Party Risk Management professional. This position requires a seasoned risk professional with significant experience in managing third-party risk. You will work closely with several C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate risks as they pertain to third-party relationships. You will be a key leader in the risk management function and will ensure all third-party relationships, including vendors and critical service providers, are compliant with the latest regulatory guidance practices.Responsibilities:Lead the third-party risk management program ensuring it meets regulatory expectationsContinue to assess and update the program to reflect company growth accounting for evolving risk, size and complexityEnsure compliance with regulatory guidance requirements published by regulatorsOversees the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks associated with third-party riskWorks with the legal, compliance, and information security teams to identify and mitigate riskPrepared and presents reports to risk committees and the BODsPoint of contact for any regulatory exams and audits as they pertain to third-party risk managementConfirms that contracts with third-party vendors include appropriate risk management provisionsDevelops and delivers training to staff regarding third-party risk managementMinimum Requirements:Bachelors degree required.
