Assembly
position in Redding, CA.
As an Assembler you will be responsible for supporting the production of medical devices by assembling and disassembling mechanical molds, meticulously removing and inspecting small parts, carefully handling, cleaning and storage of demolded parts. Responsibilities for this Assembler position include:
You will be following specific directions and instructions from the Lead Assembler in techniques, handling and sequence. Check while assembling molds for cleanliness and mold components for correct fit and fastening. Verifies correct material combination for specific product variation, check for correctness of previously recorded MHR (Manufacturing History Record), record and maintain timely recording on the MHR. Keeps equipment and work area clean and maintained. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms (MHR).
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications:
Work will be performed in a high paced, concentrated environment. Work will be performed standing, require speed, mobility, precise dexterity, hand eye coordination, and concentration. Previous Experience in Manufacturing / Assembly, Mechanical Inspection, or Tooling would be helpful. Must have a strong passion for producing a quality product, sound judgement and decision making.
Pay for this position is $16.50/hour to start.
Work Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday

Pay Details:
$16.50 per hour
