As a Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the operations of our senior living communities your assigned region.
Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityMust possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settingsExcellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operationsMust be able and willing to travelMust possess extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industryAbility and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as neededProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsHow Can You Benefit?
