Overview
Provides administrative and project support to the Biologics division performing routine and advanced administrative and project based duties. Creates and monitors reports to track and trend departmental key performance indicators and the dash board.Responsibilities

Performs the tracking and trending worksheets and distributes them appropriately to Directors
Maintains inventory and supplies, orders for the departmentMonitors tickets that are submitted through online support system and resolves and/or delegates for resolutionAssists in the creation of documents, memorandums and job aids for departmental needsMaintains various online and software programs utilized by the departmentProvides administrative support to all Biologics departments.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of prior office experience. Three (3) months of prior Biologics experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:NoneKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to write general business-related correspondence, procedures, review and modify reports.Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of workAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines and focus on critical projectsAbility to organize work for timely completionAbility to follow complex verbal and written instructionsAdvanced computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee

encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.
