Required Qualifications:State Architecture License & NCARB Registration.Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design, including a variety of project types.Expertise in using design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.Experience with vendor coordination and reviewing specifications.Strong understanding of modern architectural and construction means and methods.Expertise in construction drawing and detailing for various commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use, residential, and multi-family projects.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and client management skills.Well-developed time management and organizational skills.Experience working within a team in a collaborative work environment.Knowledge of building codes, ADA accessibility guidelines, building systems, and construction technology.Job Description
Translate client requirements into functional design solutions.Develop concept and schematic designs into fully realized project plans.Coordinate with multiple disciplines and consultants to integrate their engineering systems into the project.Conduct thorough code and ADA accessibility reviews.Ensure compliance with the company's quality assurance policies and project delivery procedures.Mentor and coach project-level architects and designers.Benefits:
