Join our team and contribute to meaningful change!About This Role:Manage daily financial tasks: accounts payable/receivable, employee banking, and payroll queries.Conduct month-end closings, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.Assist the Finance Director with quarterly financial reports.Aid in the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly budget-to-actual reports.Identify and report issues to management.Help develop and implement solutions.Generate accurate custom and ad hoc reports as needed.Qualifications For This Role:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field3 years' of minimum experience in finance or accountingCPA certification is highly preferredExperience with Sage Intacct software and nonprofit accounting and finance is a huge plus
