Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting / Finance MBA or CPA Preferred

Experience

Minimum: 5 years Accounting / Finance Experience

Ideal: FP&A and/or Systems Experience (SAP, HFM, BPC)

Budgeting / forecasting, general accounting, analytical skills; team player, ability to lead a team, own and drive financial reporting & results, leader, with a proven work ethic.

General Description:

Under general supervision, employee will forecast, budget, report, and analyze results for the global Quality & Regulatory organization across the legacy client business units.

The role will interface with multiple parties including but not limited to Finance, global Quality leadership, global Regulatory leadership, Shared Services, etc. to enact appropriate forecasting and budgeting.

Role will require an individual with the ability to problem solve independently while providing updates and communications to management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all planning, reporting and analysis of annual global budgets, global forecasts, and three-year strategic reviews for legacy client business units.

Provide value-added finance support, monthly variance analysis, and spend reports to global leadership teams to aid in the decision-making process.

Develop an understanding of key business drivers to better predict possible outcomes and impacts.

Coordinate with global leadership teams to implement long-term initiatives.

Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to leadership and finance teams.

Drive changes as needed, reviewing and delivering recommendations for continuous improvement.

Create forecast and budgeting models.

Analyze trends.

Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory leadership team across the globe to assist them in understanding and delivering on financial targets

Keep effective communication with corporate office and region finance, providing accurate and timely financial information.

Travel to local quality and regulatory leadership teams on a monthly basis to review financials.

Ability to understand and become subject matter expert quickly on the quality and regulatory organizations as well as understanding various financial ERP systems utilized.

Ability to organize, analyze and report on financial results originating in various ERP systems into one standardized report.

Support various ad hoc projects as needed such as systems integration and cass implementation.
