VP; Investment Banker

BofA Securities, Inc. has an opportunity for a VP; Investment Banker to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corp clients in the sftwr & internet sector, incl buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, as well as capital markets processes, incl debt & equity offerings. Collaborate w/ junior investment bankers incl analysts & associates & liaise w/ other internal & external parties on client coverage, origination, & transaction execution. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions w/in the Tech sector specifically in sftwr & Enterprise tech; Preparing financial analysis for companies globally, incl detailed valuation analysis, LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, M&A & IPO pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, & sum of the parts analysis.
