The Company, headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio, has operations across the globe and serves customers in more than 30 countries.Senior Executive AssistantThe Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This position requires confidentiality, independent judgment, and discretion in administering information of a sensitive and crucial nature. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, handling various administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior executives.Schedule global business travel arrangements and reconciles expense reports for CEO and Board of Directors.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and initiatives.Coordinate company announcements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences.Act as a liaison between CEO, executives and internal/external stakeholders.Use SAP to enter requisitions for purchase orders for various areas.Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.Assists with planning corporate events.Calendar management for CEO.In the absence of the Office Coordinator, this position may arrange lunch meetings for senior executives and guests.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required.At least 5 years' experience in an executive level administrative role in a corporate environment.Experience with Corporate Card, Expense and Travel Program Administration.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proactively addresses any challenges and able to anticipate upcoming needs.Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively handle issues, and make decisions.Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related program.Experience with SAP.Key Relationships:CEO, Senior Leadership, and Board of DirectorsTravel Requirements:Less than 5%EEO StatementWe treat all our associates and candidates as equals.
