Senior Analyst, Network Products & Debit Strategy
Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Network Products will join a team driving revenue strategy, roadmap and execution of Mastercard’s global core payments network. The network is the company's core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for our other key services.
The successful candidate will support efforts in defining and executing product, commercialization, and revenue strategies for new and existing network and core product offerings.
Role:
In this role, you will:
Revenue strategy development for switched transactions
• Support comprehensive revenue strategies for switched transactions
• Analyze transaction data to identify revenue inefficiencies, and design revenue models that enhance profitability while maintaining market competitiveness
• Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark our customer economics against competitors and identify opportunities for strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams in the execution of revenue initiatives, ensuring revenue models and narratives are optimized for value, market acceptance and immediacy.
• Assist in the management of the monthly reporting for tracking, analysis and management of key investment and business metrics
Debit product profitability and relevance optimization
• Analyze and identify profitability drivers and revenue opportunities for Debit products
• Work with global and regional product teams to support development of strategies to capitalize on identified revenue opportunities while remaining competitive.
• Support efforts to enhance the relevance of Debit products in an increasingly competitive payment landscape, particularly against APMs in collaboration with Global/Regional Debit Products, Acceptance, Pricing and market teams.

• Prior experience in payments
• Solid financial analysis and modeling skills and experience
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and ability to produce clear, compelling narratives
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and impact business outcomes through revenue and product strategies
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects
• Ability to build and leverage relationships within and outside the organization to drive results
• Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently
• Understanding of Mastercard product pricing concepts and key participants, a plus
