Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an administrative assistant to join our client in the workers compensation insurance industry. The administrative assistant would serve as the second point of contact for all of our callers. They would be expected to
direct each callers unique needs to the correct department. While working alongside the rest of the administrative
department, this position plays a critical role in meeting the needs and supporting the entire company.
Essential Functions:
Taking the first report of injury calls & faxes from insureds & agents and entering them into breeze.
Directing incoming calls if the receptionist is unable to answer.
Maintaining the claims adjuster licensing spreadsheet and emailing the adjusters when CE (credit for
licensing) needs to be completed.
Create & mail our Drug and Alcohol kits when we receive orders from insureds.
Reserving conference rooms within the building.
Communicate information from the building to staff as needed.
Cover receptionist lunch.
Maintaining and directing emails from the Contact Us email
Manage the quarterly tracking of orders for amazon, Keurig, office supplies, etc
Ordering supplies for the office
CompTech refund entry
Verify W-9s on the IRS website.
Add providers to Breeze.
Making sure the kitchens remain clean and stocked.
Making sure the breakroom and conference rooms remain clean and stocked.
Submission filing for UW
Run mail through the postage machine.
Stock printers with paper
Scanning in completed audit packets and attaching them to Breeze
Running and emailing out reports internally and externally

Highly organized, motivated, and able to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software Customer service experience (18-24 months) null
