Summary
The main responsibilities of this position are to support the pricing and remarketing processes within KUS for KUS vehicles and captive finance off-lease units. Support and coordinate the pricing strategies and sales channel management for both KUS and captive finance off-lease units, reduce remarketing channel expenses.
This position will work with KUS finance, captive finance remarketing, and sales departments in the coordination and support of the pricing and channel sales of the vehicles to maximize positive residual performance and minimize sales remarketing channel expenses.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 30%
Execute on remarketing strategies and tactics that drive the most value for company vehicles and lemon-law vehicles.
Partner with captive finance company in supporting and collaborating in the remarketing of off-lease vehicles.
Partner with captive finance remarketing to maximize price retention, improved days to sell, and channel remarketing.
2nd Priority - 25%
Research, recommend, and collaborate with KUS and the captive finance partner on sales channel platforms and strategies.
3rd Priority - 25%
Manage remarketing process for all KUS vehicles specific to sales channels, pricing recommendations, inventory management, and sale of vehicles.
4th Priority - 20%
Develop an analytics approach for developing price retention performance indicators, make recommendations for optimal pricing levels, and minimize expenses per sales channel.
Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent job experience in related field requiredMaster's degree a plusOverall Experience
Minimum of 8 years in automotive retail, automotive wholesale, captive finance company, remarketing, or equivalent requiredDirectly Related Experience
Experience with remarketing vehicles and/or commercial vehicle salesExperience with analytics, data, and reportingExperience and relationships with Manheim, ADESA, and independent auto auctions highly desiredPosition Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationallyMay need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidaysPerform other duties as assigned

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
