Pay ranges from $36.00 - 40.00 hourly, DOE~ that's an earning potential equivalent to between $74,880 and $83,200 annually when working 40 hours weekly!

ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities:• Provides skilled occupational therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders andby assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.• Adheres to state requirements for supervision of COTAs to provide services with the highestcare standards• Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exerciseprograms; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment;recommending follow-up programs.• Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regardingpatient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapyas well as discharge summaries.• Maintains patient records confidentially.• Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.• Complies with the applicable State Occupational Therapy Practice Act, rules and regulationsAdditional Responsibilities:• Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations perprotocols.• Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms and requests needed supplies.• Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.• Complies with all company policies and procedures.• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers and otherprofessionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.• Keeps regular clinic hours as approved by Manager.• Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator.• Attends meetings as requested.• Performs other duties as assigned
INDCLIN
Qualifications• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program• Current State Occupational Therapist license• Current NBCOT certificate• Current CPR certification• Efficient problem-solving skills• Exceptional communication skills and time management skills• Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities• Collaborative nature• Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization
