Custodians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and functional public facilities throughout the Resort.
Our parking attendants will maintain the ebb and flow of the parking lot through your due diligence in guiding guests to parking, as well as keeping snow removed throughout the area, as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clean all public areas and restrooms.Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely.Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary products.Remove all trash from public areas and restrooms and properly dispose of waste.Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.Greet all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.Provide clear directions and assistance to guests searching for parking spaces.Ensure accurate and up-to-date signage in the parking area.Assist with the removal of snow from parking locations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Qualifications
Must be able to pull, push, or lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods.Must be able to comprehend and follow basic instructions.Occasionally lift, push, or pull 50 lbs. Individually or with assistance.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.Ability to work in fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environments with constantly changing environmental conditions, including freezing temperatures, snow, wind, rain, and low visibility.Available to work on weekends and holidays.
