Responsible for providing Therapeutic services- Monday-Saturday Services will be provided to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, or family therapy sessions. The clinician will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of clients and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues, emotional disorders, or substance abuse problems. Utilize clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and diagnostic tolls to formulate appropriate diagnoses. Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients\' needs, goals, and best practices. Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure treatment plans are appropriate and achievable. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavorial therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and others as needed. Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions. Adjust treatment interventions and goals based on client progress and outcomes. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, including suicide risk assessment and safety planning. Coordinate with emergency services or inpatient card facilities when necessary. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries, meet the standards of the organization and funding sources. Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare providers. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision to ensure coordinated care and professional development. Provide referrals for additional services or specialist as needed. Community Outreach and Education: Participate in community outreach efforts, including workshops, presentations, and mental health education sessions. Advocate for mental health awareness and support within the community. Qualifications and Education- Master degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT) or be actively pursing licensure. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably in both individual and groups therapy formats. Experience with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of clinical theory and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Work Environment: Typical work is conducted in an office or clinical setting, include home visits or telehealth sessions.
