Position Details:
Pay Rate: $24/hrShift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
As a Material Handler, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Picking and repacking orders accuratelyManaging small parcel and LTL shippingBuilding pallets for loading and unloading shipmentsRestocking inventory and maintaining a clean and organized workspaceSafely operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouseEnsuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience, including proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment such as Order Selectors, Cherry Pickers, and Reach Trucks. Certification in forklift operation is required. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle manual labor in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with intermediate English skills (speaking, reading, and writing). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols are essential. Experience with Dock Stockers and Double Pallet Jacks is a plus. Additionally, candidates should be willing to work 10-hour days and up to 6-day workweeks as needed.
