Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

-Experience: 24 months experience performing financial statement analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

-Specific Skills: This position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: Microsoft Reporting Analytics; Mercury; BPC; Excel Power Pivot; Accounting and Finance; Microsoft 365 Enterprise; and Finance Process Management in large and matrix organization.

-Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.

-Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG11925549), in Redmond, WA, is $112,584 to $142,584 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
