We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amazon Web Services Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-based solutions.Cognizant's 'Customer service Transformation' team is part of Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services.Oversee the integration of Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex into existing systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Ensure the scalability and reliability of AWS Lambda functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architectures and processes.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.QualificationsPossess a deep understanding of Amazon Web Services including EC2 S3 and RDS.Demonstrate expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex for building conversational interfaces.Have extensive experience with AWS Lambda for serverless computing.Show proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting or Research and Development domains.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Certifications RequiredAWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Developer AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
