JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $22.00 per hour

Shift: Full Time Day Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Drivers deliver and distribute our products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Maintain and operate the vehicle in accordance with all laws and Cornerstone Building Brands policies and procedures

Ensure that all loads are delivered safely, accurately, and timely to correct address without damage to customer/company property

Use moffett to unload heavy material

Collect payment from customer/company site and deliver all payments to front office

Always take photos of each delivery/drop, with use of iPad

Report any accidents or damages immediately to Team Lead or office

Qualifications:Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License

Have an acceptable accident and moving violation Motor Vehicle Record

2 years of previous tractor-trailer flatbed driving experience including winter driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)

Valid Medical Card

Must be able to work independently

Ability to work effectively with people in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable

Attention and care required to prevent injury to others when performing work

Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods of time

Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
