Shared Service Supply Chain Specialist
Member of Ducommun Corporate shared service supply chain team. Responsible for delivery of Supply Chain Management key processes and results to support business requirements across Ducommun.

Job Summary
Lead and supports supplier negotiations and contract management. Work, lead and support enterprise supply contract, synergize and implement best in class terms across Ducommun multiple performance centers.
Engage with suppliers and internal functional teams to drive implementation of the commodity strategy and ensure success of the supply chain process execution such as VOI/VMI.
Ensures effective supply chain management processes are developed, implemented and continually improved
Leads and participates in the supplier selection, evaluation and management of suppliers.
Proactively identifies and implements new tool and process improvements to address changing business needs
Maintains and updates standard work procedures and documentation
Support and promote company core values of honesty, professionalism, respect, trust and teamwork to achieve objectives.
Works collaboratively with performance center supply chain teams and focuses on internal customer service towards business improvements and results.
Build and develop close relationships with strategic supply base and drive supplier performance improvement.
Ensures ITAR compliance and control through secured and coded correspondence and designated / approved communication portals.
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
Highly motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Experience/Knowledge in commodity, supply chain material, and inventory management.
Strong analytical skills with business and financial acumen
Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Training Skills.
Understands and has ability to apply lean methodology and concepts into supply chain processes.
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business, Supply Chain, or other related degree. MBA preferred
Minimum of 3 years commodity, supply chain or related experience
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, etc.
CPM, CSM, CPSM preferred
ISM or APICS certification preferred.
Base Compensation: USD 75,000.00 - 95,000.00 Paid Salaried
