Job description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Fragrance Marketing, Global Go to Market, Lifestyle Fragrances, an expert brand builder who can navigate and manage complex brand licensing and internal/external relationships.
Responsibilities:Lead global go to market and 360 marketing activations for the brandsProvide strategic input in the specific areas of product development, promotional marketing, pricing, and 360 campaign and activation platforms.Ensure alignment of all marketing programs with global brand strategy.Collaborate with Sales & Trade on the execution of promotional strategies, prepare go-to market presentations to support Trade Marketing in preparation of retailer presentations.Issue Budget and Go to Market execution guidelines and collaborate in new product launch execution activities with Sales and Trade.Partner with Finance/Trade/Sales/Planning on forecasting and monitor inventory of regular, promotional, and sample product.Develop and recommend pricing for Fragrance programs in collaboration with Global Marketing Vice Presidents and assist in preparation of company price increase recommendations.Manage image bank data (DAM) and track visual usage rights. Inform sales team on new assets available / PR & Ad visuals releases.Lead SKU Rationalization and portfolio optimization in collaboration with Marketing Vice Presidents. Manage Add Deletes & Category Assortment.Develops Global Merchandising guidelines and SKU Assortments guidelines in collaboration with Marketing Vice Presidents across all channels.- Issues Visual Strategy (visual rights, priorities, pack shots, image)- POS development (generic + innovations).- Including guidance on marketing events, flag ship, pop up , large podium on key markets & Image stores (permanent and temporary spaces)- Brand O+O execution guidelinesLead Business review process, conduct launch analysis; compile and share go to market best practices.Support Global Marketing Vice Presidents on Monthly Business Reviews for Licensors.Issue Training guidelines and priorities.Requirements:
7-10 years of pertinent experience in MarketingExtensive knowledge of the fragrance category and FashionExcellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesStrong analytical skillsStrong leadership ability, i.e., able to build, motivate, and manage teamsAbility to function in an entrepreneurial environment - hands-on approach and ability to adapt to changeAbility to travel (20%-35%)Experience working in EMEA market preferredFluency or working knowledge of French preferredDeals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
