Practice InformationOffice space is located on the campus of Logan Regional Hospital, a 146-bed community-based hospital in the beautiful Cache ValleyOne BC/BE ENT is needed at the Budge Clinic in Logan, UT where you will work with one other Otolaryngologist with Audiology support in the same space.You can expect to see 26-28 patients per day in clinic.Call is unrestricted and 1:5.
RequirementsBoard Certified/ Board Eligible in OtolaryngologyUnrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.U.S. ACGME ResidencyInterest in ear surgery cases, i.e. tympanoplasty, stapedectomy, tympanomastoidectomy with and without ossicular chain reconstruction, and cochlear implants, strongly preferred.
