As a Division Manager you will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to achieve performance objectives; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring and utilization of resources aligned with interpersonal vision. This is a field based remote role; This is an opportunity for a Division Manager to lead a team of Sales Specialists in a defined territory. Territory includes South Florida; ideal candidate would reside in or around Miami/Ft Lauderdale.
Duties & Responsibilities: By developing people, you will drive business by observing interactions with key customers, providing mentorship and feedback to develop team for success in current role and for future growth. As a role model and a liaison, you will encourage dedication, trust, partnership and motivation for the shared vision by facilitating team communication, morale and efficiency within your own work unit and/or cross-functional teams. You will actively seek to discover and meet the needs of internal and external customers by establishing links, identifying strategic business opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. You will manage multiple priorities and resources related to individual and group efforts. Take ownership for redirecting efforts as needed to deliver high efficiency and quality of work from self and others. Develop and deploy customer strategies to achieve business goals, maintain/improve sales, profit, and market share, both with current and future indications. You will be asked to demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles and interpret resources available to make sound business decisions to help achieve standards of business excellence. Recruit, hire and manage a diverse sales team. Coach/counsel individual representatives for improved performance. Motivate sales team to achieve objectives. Achieve district sales quota. Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent approach with KOL and advocates and provide to marketing and feedback obtained. Analyze district/territory trends, develop/implement plans to address needs and increase market share. Manage expenses and other resources within allotted operational budgets.
Requirements and Qualifications[]{# Hlk142289191}[]{# Hlk142304825}: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +13yrs; Assoc. +9yrs; M.S. +2yrs). The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. 5 Years of Relevant Experience
