Needed Physical Therapist - per diem/visit -WEEKLY PAY

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. This exciting opportunity allows you to have a positive impact on the lives of our valued patients in the stunning city of Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional and personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to align it with your specific needs and preferences. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to discern the unique needs of each patient. * Develop and adapt personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, based on patient progress. * Contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans specifically tailored to physical therapy. * Administer diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate patients' muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities. * Effectively alleviate pain, enhance function, and optimize performance through various physical therapy techniques. * Educate and guide patients and their families in their physical therapy program. * Coordinate outpatient services for procedures that cannot be administered at home. * Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses. * Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals. Requirements: * Graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association. * Hold a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii. * Minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience (preferred). * Complete a criminal background check. * Possess a current CPR certification.
