Provide Front Desk Coverage as neededCollect copaysScheduling for both internal and external appointments for patients by phoneDocumenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patientServe as a liaison between patients and medical staffManage the scheduling queuesAnswer incoming scheduling callsMay float to different locations to assist with staffing needsOther duties as requested and assignedQualifications
