The MedStar Washington DC Georgetown Cancer Institute, integrated with the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center-the only NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center in the Metropolitan Washington DC area-is recruiting a distinguished faculty member specializing in adult bone and soft tissue sarcomas. This position involves working at both sites the MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a 950-bed acute care academic medical center located in midtown Washington, D.C., and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital .
This role entails leadership in sarcoma clinical care, research, and fellow education - participating in the multidisciplinary, multicenter sarcoma conferences of MedStar Health, robust engagement in clinical research, and dedicated education to fellows and residents at both clinical sites. Eligible candidates will have the opportunity for academic faculty appointments at Georgetown University.
