Are you a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented professional looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact? ComForCare Home Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team and help deliver quality care to our clients. This role combines administrative tasks with opportunities to contribute to marketing and business development efforts, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders by managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.• Schedule caregiver assignments and client appointments, ensuring proper coordination and documentation.• Maintain and organize client records, caregiver files, and company documents to ensure compliance with regulations.• Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, managing calendars, and supporting management with various tasks.• Help coordinate community outreach and marketing efforts to raise awareness about our home care services.• Assist in preparing marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media posts, that promote our services to potential clients and partners.• Monitor and report on local marketing activities and event performance.• Conduct cold calls and outreach to local healthcare facilities, nursing homes, assisted living centers, and other community partners to explore potential collaboration opportunities.• Build and maintain relationships with facilities to create partnerships where ComForCare can provide care staff or collaborate on caregiving services.• Assist with client intake and onboarding, providing information on services and answering inquiries from potential facility partners.
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or home care environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-focused approach.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information confidentially.
