A restaurant company that operates and franchises various dining concepts, including Mexican Fast-Casual, is looking for its next Chief Operating Officer (COO) / President.Job Summary:The COO/President will oversee the daily operations of our full-service, quick-service, and fast-casual restaurant chain to ensure operational excellence and profitability.Reports To: CEO/Board of DirectorsQualifications:Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in both quick-service and full-service operations is essential.Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, franchising, and industry trends.Attributes: Results-driven, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
